How to Purchase Cloud Recording Packages
To ensure your home is always under protection, you can easily purchase or renew your Cloud Recording service directly through the Botslab App.
Open the Botslab App, find your camera on the Home page, and tap the "Settings" icon.
In the settings menu, tap on "Cloud Record Video" or the "Cloud" tab.
Browse the available service plans (e.g., 7-day or 30-day loop recording), select your preferred package, and complete the payment.

How to Activate Your Free Cloud Recording Service
🎁 Eligibility
If you purchased your camera during a special promotion and were informed by our E-commerce customer service that you qualify for free cloud recording, please follow the steps below to claim your service.
Access the Cloud Page
From the App Home page, select your Device and tap on the "Cloud" or "Cloud Recording" tab.
Claim Your Free Trial
Locate the promotion banner at the bottom of the page and tap "Trial now" to activate.
Look for the "Trial now" button as highlighted in the red box.
💡 Didn't see the window?
If you manually closed the collection window today, it will not reappear immediately to avoid disturbance. Don't worry—the App will remind you to claim it again the following day.
How to Connect Your Camera to the Network
✔️ Before You Start
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- Keep the camera close to your router during the initial setup.
- Enable Bluetooth and Location Services on your phone.
Open Botslab App and Add Device
Tap the "+" icon > "Add Device" and select your camera model.
Initialize Camera & Enter Wi-Fi Details
Power on the device, hold the "Set" button, and enter your home Wi-Fi password.
Sound Wave Pairing & Binding
Keep your phone close to the camera while it sends sound waves. Once reached 100%, your device is Bound successfully!
