If your W313 camera displays that it has already been bound, it means the device is currently linked to an existing account.

A single device can only be bound to one account at a time.

If You Have Bound the Device Before

  • Please log in using the original account that was used to bind the device

If You Have NOT Bound the Device

  • The device may have been previously linked by another account
  • Please contact customer support for assistance: zh-service@360.cn

Sharing the Device with Family

  • Family members do not need to bind the device separately
  • You can share access via: Settings → Device Sharing

How Can I Purchase Cloud Recording Service?

You can purchase a cloud recording subscription directly from the device settings in the app.

Cloud recording allows you to store and access video footage securely in the cloud.

  • Step 1: Go to Settings on the device page
  • Step 2: Select Cloud Recording Settings
  • Step 3: Choose and purchase your preferred package from the Cloud Recording Mall

You can start with a free trial and upgrade to a paid plan at any time for extended storage and features.

Free Trial Service

  • After initial device binding, you can claim a 2-day rolling video storage with a 1-year trial period
  • The trial must be manually claimed to take effect
  • If not claimed, the service will remain inactive and must be activated from the cloud recording page

Paid Cloud Recording Plans

  • Available for purchase in the Cloud Recording Mall
  • Multiple plans are offered to suit different storage and monitoring requirements

Service Extension Policy

  • If you purchase a cloud recording plan during the free trial period, your remaining trial time will not be lost
  • The unused trial period will be automatically extended after your paid plan expires
  • Example: If you use 6 months of the trial and then purchase a plan, you will still have the remaining 6 months of free trial after the paid service ends
