      2. Service Definition & Eligibility

      • Coverage Extension: This service adds the specified number of years to your device's warranty, extending the coverage beyond the original manufacturer's warranty period.
      • Purchase Window: The extended warranty must be purchased within one year after the device has been successfully delivered (while the device is still within its original factory warranty period).
      • One-Time Purchase Limit: Each device is eligible for one extended warranty purchase only. Duplicate purchases for the same device are invalid and will not take effect.
      • Replacement Transfer: If your device is replaced under warranty by the official support team, your extended warranty service will automatically transfer to the new replacement device.
      ⚠️ CRITICAL STEP TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY

      After completing your purchase on our website, the extended warranty will not automatically bind to your device. You MUST manually contact our official customer service team to redeem and activate your benefits.

      3. How to Purchase & Redeem

      Step 1: Complete Your Purchase

      Step 2: Send Redemption Email

      Please send an email to service@botslab.com with the following details to claim your coverage:

      • Order Number (from your extended warranty purchase)
      • Device SN (Serial Number found on the product body or App settings)
      • Registered App Account Email

      Step 3: Verification & Confirmation

      Once our customer service team verifies your details and completes the manual binding, you can check your updated status in the app via the following path:

      App Homepage → Device Homepage → Settings → Warranty Service Settings → Warranty Period Inquiry

      4. Terms and Conditions

      4.1 What is Covered (Scope of Protection)

      The extended warranty mainly covers hardware performance failures caused by product quality issues, specifically including core components such as:

      • Motherboards, Cameras, Sensors, and Wi-Fi modules.
      • Eligible hardware failures enjoy free replacement services during the extended warranty period.

      4.2 What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

      The following situations are strictly excluded from the extended warranty coverage:

      1. Accidental or intentional damage caused by human factors (e.g., drops, impacts, unauthorized disassembly).
      2. Damage caused by liquid ingress, lightning strikes, fire, earthquakes, or other incidents of force majeure.
      3. Cosmetic damage that does not affect standard functionality (e.g., scratches, fading, wear and tear).
      4. Damage resulting from the use of non-original accessories or improper operating environments.
      5. Devices where the SN (Serial Number) code has been altered, defaced, or cannot be verified.
      6. Devices that have been repaired or had their main units replaced through non-official channels.

      4.3 How to Apply for Technical Service (After Activation)

      If your activated device encounters a covered fault, you can request a free replacement through the following official channels:

      • In-App Request: Log into the App → Services → Enter your device SN to submit a self-service application.
      • Phone Support: Call our official customer service hotline to register your claim.
      • Email Support: Send an email to service@botslab.com providing the purchaser's information, device SN, and a detailed description/proof of the fault.
