If you see a message indicating that the W311 camera is already bound, here's what you can do:
Steps to Resolve the "Device Bound" Issue
- If it was previously bound: Use the original account to bind the device. The camera does not support multiple bindings.
- If you did not bind it: Please contact customer support for assistance: zh-service@360.cn.
- To share the device: You can easily share the device with family members by navigating to Settings → Device Sharing. Family members do not need to bind the device to use it.

If you're having trouble binding the camera, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

- Step 1: Does the camera show a green flashing light after powering on? Do you hear a "beep" when long-pressing the Settings button? If not, check for hardware issues or restart the device.
- Step 2: Verify the WiFi account and password are correct.
- Step 3: If your WiFi name or password contains special characters, consider changing them to simple English characters and numbers.
- Step 4: Ensure the router does not have WiFi squatting features enabled (e.g., blacklist, whitelist, MAC filtering).
- Step 5: Try using another WiFi network or connect to a mobile hotspot for the setup process.
- Step 6: Restart your router and attempt to reconnect the device to the network.
- Step 7: Try configuring the network via sound wave. Hold your phone close to the camera, increase the phone's volume, and keep the environment quiet for optimal sound wave reception.
- Step 8: If all else fails, click "Upload Log" on the network failure page to submit the device log. You can also contact support via the app or email us at zh-service@360.cn.
