If your W312 camera displays that it has already been bound, it means the device is currently linked to an existing account.
If You Have Bound the Device Before
- Please log in using the original account that was used to bind the device
If You Have NOT Bound the Device
- The device may have been previously linked by another account
- Please contact customer support for assistance: zh-service@360.cn
Sharing the Device with Family
- Family members do not need to bind the device separately
- You can share access via: Settings → Device Sharing
