Cannot Receive Sound Waves During Network Configuration?
If the camera cannot receive sound waves during setup, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Basic Checks
- Confirm whether you hear the prompt indicating the sound wave is received
- Check whether the camera status light is flashing green
- Confirm that the Set button has been pressed after powering on
Wi-Fi Requirements
- Ensure the Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz
- Verify that the Wi-Fi name and password are correct
- Confirm the network is connected to the Internet
- Disable router restrictions such as anti-Wi-Fi squatting features
Retry the Setup
- Press the Set button and resend the sound wave several times
- Restart both the router and the camera, then try again
- Connect to a 2.4 GHz mobile hotspot and retry the setup

Cannot Bind the Camera?
If you are unable to bind the camera during setup, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Device Status Check
- Check whether the indicator light flashes green after powering on
- Confirm whether there is a "beep" sound when long pressing the Settings button
Wi-Fi Settings
- Verify that the Wi-Fi account and password are correct
- Avoid special characters in the Wi-Fi name and password; use simple English letters and numbers
- Check whether the router has enabled anti-Wi-Fi squatting or similar restrictions
Connection Optimization
- Try using another Wi-Fi network or connect via a mobile hotspot
- Restart the router and reconnect the device
Sound Wave Configuration
- Keep your phone close to the camera
- Turn up the phone volume
- Ensure the surrounding environment is quiet for better sound wave reception
Alternative Method
- Try AP network configuration from the upper right corner of the page

Cannot Receive Notifications on Your Phone?
If you are not receiving notifications on your phone, please check the following settings.
App Settings
- Go to Settings and confirm that Human Detection and Abnormal Noise Detection are enabled
- Enable Notifications to receive alerts for all events
System Permissions
- Check whether system notification permissions are enabled for the app
- Ensure the app is allowed to run in the background
- For Huawei and some Android devices, enable Floating Window permission
The Device Cannot Be Used After a Power Failure During Firmware Upgrade
Do not power off the camera during a firmware upgrade. If the device becomes unusable due to an unexpected power failure, you can recover it using a TF card.
Preparation
- Insert the TF card into a card reader and check that its file system is FAT32
- Copy the required firmware package to the root directory of the TF card
Recovery Steps
- Insert the TF card into the camera
- Power off the camera
- Press and hold the configuration hole using a pin
- While holding, power on the camera
- Wait for about 10 seconds, then release the pin
- Wait for about 1 minute until the indicator turns steady blue or flashes green
