Camera Installation Methods

Supported Installation Methods

The camera supports both wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted installation methods, offering flexibility based on your preferences and space requirements.

Installation Steps

  1. Stick the positioning sticker on the wall and drill holes according to the positions on the sticker.
  2. Insert the expansion bolt into the wall according to the holes on the positioning sticker.
  3. Fix the bracket base with screws.
  4. Align the slot and push the camera upwards onto the fixed bracket, then rotate the camera to align with the positioning mark on the wall bracket.

Note: Ensure that the installation surface is sturdy enough to support the camera. For ceiling-mounted installation, make sure the camera is positioned securely and angled for optimal coverage.

Camera Has Been Bound by Another Account

Steps to Resolve Binding Issues

If the camera is showing that it has already been bound to another account, follow these steps:

  1. Sharing the Camera: The camera does not allow multiple users to bind at the same time. However, you can still share the device with your family members without them needing to rebind it. To do so, navigate to Device Settings → Device Sharing. A maximum of 5 people can be shared.
  2. Check Login Credentials: Ensure that the login method or login number is correct. You can try switching to different account methods to log in and check if the issue persists.

Note: If you continue facing issues with binding or sharing, please contact customer support for further assistance.

Can the Sharer Purchase a Data Plan?

Only the main account holder is able to purchase data plans. Sharers have access to the device but cannot make changes to account-level services such as data plans.

Note: If you need a data plan, please ensure you are logged in as the main account holder to proceed with the purchase.
