Botslab Return and Refund Policy

1. Warranty Period

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all new products. Register your device within the warranty period to get an extra 6 months coverage.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized channels.

2. Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage from misuse, alteration, abuse, or disassembly.
  • Damage from improper handling, installation, power outages, or accidents.
  • Damage from non-branded batteries, extreme temperatures, or force majeure.
  • Products that have been painted, tampered with, or purchased from unauthorized channels.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Important Notice on Refund Process:

All return and refund requests must be communicated to and approved by our Support Team before processing. Unauthorized refunds will not be accepted.

3.1 Refunds:

  • Time Limit: Requests for unconditional returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Returns initiated after 30 days are generally not accepted, unless the return is due to a proven quality defect.
  • Shipping Cost Policy:
    • If we provide the return shipping label, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount (unless the return is due to a quality defect).
    • If you choose to purchase your own shipping label, we will provide the return address, and you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected. Refurbished products are not eligible.

3. Replacements: Malfunctioning products within the warranty period may be returned for replacement. Replacement model and shipping costs depend on timing and the reason for the defect.

4. Return Process

  • Contact our support team to submit a request and provide proof of purchase.
  • Follow the official instructions provided by our support team for return shipping.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after the product inspection is complete.

5. Disclaimer

  • We do not cover third-party fees, taxes, or incidental/indirect damages.
  • Unauthorized returns may incur additional charges.
  • Policy governed by the laws of the country of purchase.
