So far so good. Initial connection to phone didn't work so contacted customer service and got through straight away. They helped me resolve the issue. Got in contact again to claim a free gift and again very quick response and very helpful. The dash cam itself works great and no issues other than not connecting and that was basically needing to disconnect my phone from my home network so it could connect to dash cam.

Better than I expected! Works great! Set up was easy and connected quickly to the internet. Plug in ringer is loud so it can be heard through the house There is a volume control if needed can you can change the tone. It rings to both my phone and my wife's phones so we can pick it up from anywhere. As a bonus, when setting up, they offered to send me a solar panel charger for it! Infinite battery life! Well made, great instructions. I love it.

This is an outstanding camera system. I have front and rear cameras in my car. The cameras have been in my car for seven months now. They work great and the app is easy to use. The customer support is superior if you need help with installation or the product. They respond quickly and you get to communicate with a real person. I would highly recommend this product and company.

This is a very nice doorbell. I had ordered it for use in the Netherlands. Only there was one problem . The European adapter for the doorbells base station was not included in the Box. I had contacted the Botslabs costumers service and explained my problem with "Kiki" a very Nice person that understands the problem . And with no thinking about it She send me A adapter soni can use the doorbell. She was very friendly a new what she was talking about. Super !!!!!

A very good product, I highly recommend it. The service provided by Aurora is fantastic; she is very efficient and extremely helpful. She has a great deal of patience and assists you in resolving your issues efficiently.

Dash cam is great for the money. Install was easy even direct wiring to the fuse box. Had an issue with my sd card and Ada at customer support immediately offered to replace it for me. Great to have a company stand by their product.

Bought this dashcam in December 2025 and was extremely happy and satisfied with the product. However, in June 2026 I notified Botslab of an issue with the camera unit snapping away from the mount. Had a lovely interaction with Bella who arranged for a replacement device to be shipped to me straight away! Amazing customer service 👏 5*
